Nahshon Society: Turning Student Leaders into Alumni Leaders

The Nahshon Society, a select group of recent alumni who remain actively involved with the University, welcomed its third cohort in September. The enthusiastic and committed alumni members of Nahshon engaged in a dialogue with President Richard M. Joel on September 8. They will participate in conversations with other university administrators and lay leaders about University life and affairs at special programs throughout the year. Each year, approximately 50 new members join the Nahshon Society and serve a three-year term. They are selected based on their academic success and leadership during their time on campus and their passion for ensuring the ongoing success of YU. All recent graduates are invited to participate in the forthcoming mixer and scotch-tasting event later this fall. To learn more about Nahshon Society, email nahshonsociety@yu.edu.
