Rabbi Dr. J. David Bleich, Herbert and Florence Tenzer Professor of Jewish Law and Ethics at Yeshiva University, presented at the Ninth Annual Conference of the International Academy for the Study of the Jurisprudence of the Family which took place in Arequipa, Peru on June 16, 2016.
