Resilience Linked With Life Satisfaction: Study

Resilience in the face of adversity could be a characteristic of someone who is truly satisfied with his or her life, according to a new study.  Researchers from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona found that people who are more resilient are also more likely to report high life satisfaction and control over emotions.
