Please be advised that this weekend is the scheduled planned maintenance window beginning Thursday evening, November 17th after 9 pm, for Banner and related systems and Saturday, November 19th after sundown, for non-Banner related systems.   Both maintenance windows will end at 6 am Monday, November 21st.  Listed below is the services that are impacted during each service window.

Services Impacted ·           ALL Banner related services will be down during this service window, including but not limited to Luminis, Banner Self Service, Banner INB, EFC/LD, Terminal Services and ALL Banner related – reporting tools All services may be impacted during the outage window.   The systems listed below will be impacted during this window:·           Exchange E-mail for all Yeshiva and Einstein users·           Active Directory/Active Directory Federation Services for ILabs, Starfish, SmartEvals and Canvas·           All File Servers – [yudfs, odyssey, crimlaw0, valise, etc.]

·           All Exchange Mailboxes [that end with @yu.edu or @einstein.yu.edu]

·           EzProxy and VTLS for the library

·           OneCard

·           Cardozo.yu.edu, versa.cardozo.yu.edu and yu.edu web sites

·           Pharos Student Printing System for Cardozo

 

Exchange Mailboxes

During the maintenance period, there may be some minor delays in delivery but all mail will be delivered.   You may be prompted to enter your credentials again and you may have to restart Outlook.  If you are using Outlook Web Access (OWA) you may have to restart your browser session.  Smartphones or Mobile devices such as the IPAD, IPhone, and Android should not require any intervention.   To minimize the impact of any of these issues, please exit from Outlook and all other applications when you leave for the weekend and shut-down your PC.
