RIETS Presents High Holidays Lectures

Rabbis David Horowitz and Dovid Miller to Deliver Annual NYC - Jerusalem Kinus Teshuva Lectures on September 30

Rabbi Dr. David Horwitz and Rabbi Dovid Miller, Roshei Yeshiva at Yeshiva University-affiliated Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary (RIETS), will be the featured speakers at the 30th Annual Hausman/Stern Kinus Teshuva Lectures. The lectures, given between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, will take place in New York City and Jerusalem on Tuesday, September 30, the seventh of Tishrei.

Rabbi Horwitz, the Rabbi David Lifshitz Chair in Talmud, will discuss “Renunciation and Repentance,” at The Jacob and Dreizel Glueck Beit Midrash, 515 West 185th Street, New York, NY at 9:00 p.m.

Rabbi Miller, the Benjamin and Charlotte Gottesfeld Chair in Talmud and director of the Caroline and Joseph S. Gruss Institute, will speak on the topic of “The 14th Principle of Faith” at Yeshiva University's Israel Campus, 40 Duvdevani Street in Bayit Vegan, Jerusalem on at 8:15 p.m. Light refreshments will be served at both events.
