A Message from the Dean

Dr. HendricksDear Wurzweiler Alumni,

Welcome to our new Alumni Newsletter!  We have much to celebrate in this first issue and in the following ones to come. As we move into our 60th year of existence, we have conferred thousands of master’s degrees and hundreds of doctoral degrees. We are proud of the immense contributions you each have made as therapists, managers, administrators, researchers, professors of social work, college deans and legislators. Our alumni are employed in every sector of social services --from neighborhood agencies to the Federal Government.

We look forward to sharing with you the meaningful work we continue to do here at Wurzweiler, while also hearing from you about your accomplishments.  Further, we extend an invitation for you to contribute articles to future issues of our newly launched alumni e-Newsletter.  As I have often said, “Wurzweiler will always be your home”; so please make sure to stop by, visit us, share your news and, at a minimum, enjoy reading each issue of COMMUNITY -- one of our ways of staying connected!
