Dr. Eliezer Schnall, clinical assistant professor of psychology at Yeshiva College, spoke at an event organized by the New York State Psychological Association at Pulse Restaurant in Rockefeller Plaza on October 23. His lecture, titled “Counseling and Therapy with the Orthodox Jewish Client,” fit into the event’s broader theme, “Case Studies in Diversity: Finding Comfort With Otherness.” Two additional presenters also focused on mental health work with minority groups.
