lisa roshDr. Lisa Rosh, assistant professor of management at YU’s Sy Syms School of Business, published an article in the October 2013 volume of Harvard Business Review with Dr. Lynn Offermann of the George Washington University. Harvard Business Review is a premier business journal, accepting less the 2% of articles submitted.

Titled “Be Yourself, but Carefully,” Rosh and Offermann’s article examines common mistakes executives make when they’re trying to be authentic and offers a plan for moving toward more-effective self-disclosure.

Rosh was also interviewed about the article in a segment that will be featured on an upcoming HBR IdeaCast. The HBR IdeaCast, from the publishers of Harvard Business Review, Harvard Business Press, and hbr.org, features breakthrough ideas and commentary from the leading thinkers in business and management.
