Impressive College Statistics for MTA Graduates

According to statistics recently released to us by the YU Office of Admissions, MTA students consist of over 9% of the total male undergraduate population at Yeshiva University, which, understandably, makes it the largest feeder school - by far - to YU. Astoundingly, there are currently 29 MTA alums in the YU Honors program; the next closest school has under 20.  Continuing in this tradition, MTA made up the largest group of Honors applicants this year with 22 new applicants! While 60-70% of our graduates choose to attend YU or YU Honors, our students who have opted to apply elsewhere have continued to succeed. While college acceptances for the Class of 2013 are not yet known, students from the class of 2012 were admitted to Columbia University, Princeton University, the University of Pennsylvania, Cooper Union, New York University, NYU Polytechnic, MaCaulay Honors, University of Maryland Honors, Rutgers Honors and Brandeis University, in addition to, of course, to YU. Our College Guidance department, under the leadership of Mr. Murray Sragow, continues to provide premiere guidance to our students.
