On Thursday morning, the freshmen set out for Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania, where they embarked upon the annual end-of-the-year freshmen rafting trip along the Lehigh River. The weather was beautiful, and the boys easily handled the rapids, swam in the river, and engaged in spirited singing of the maritime classic, “Row, Row, Row Your Boat.”

On Tuesday, MTA celebrated Yom HaAtzmaut with our annual chagigah. Afterdavening, we recited the chatzi Hallel following words of introduction from Rabbi Taubes, and in the later part of the morning, the students had fun enjoying spirited dancing and passionate singing.
