Julius Wrubel Beis Medrash Katan Alumni Reunite In Israel

By: Akiva Richman (‘19) Over Sukkos, MTA’s Julius Wrubel Beis Medrash Katan alumni, who are learning in Israel for the year, reunited during bein hazmanim and enjoyed a wonderful dinner together.  The alumni reminisced about their MTA days and bonded over their shared experience as part of the Julius Wrubel Beis Medrash Katan program, which provides qualified MTA Seniors with an exceptionally intensive learning experience, thereby transitioning them into the world of Beis Medrash learning in which they will continue to thrive in Eretz Yisrael, at Yeshiva University, and other mekomos ha-Torah thereafter.  Talmidim are exposed to the very best of the traditional yeshiva atmosphere and study at a level not often made available to high school students. BMK Rebbe, Rabbi Tani Cohen, also joined the reunion from America via FaceTime. The alumni are continuing to learn, grow, and build upon the foundation provided by BMK at Israeli yeshivot this year, including Kerem B’Yavneh, Shaalvim, Gush Etzion, Hakotel, Yishrei Lev, and Otniel.
