This coming Thursday, 2/28, ITS will be performing important upgrades to the Yeshiva University network from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

Between these times, connections from all campuses to the internet will be intermittently severed. Individual outages should not last more than 15 minutes, but there may be several outages during the two-hour window when the work is being performed.

During outages, there will be no internet communication between YU campuses and the rest of the world. Users on campus will not be able to access any electronic resources off campus. Likewise, all university resources will be inaccessible from off campus, including university, college, and library websites, InsideTrack, Angel, and OWA email. Phone and voice mail services will not be affected.

University resources, including InsideTrack, Banner, and email services, should remain available for users on campus, but applications (including Maccabuy) that contact external sites will not function properly. Emails to off-campus and non-YU recipients will be queued for later delivery.

We apologize for any inconvenience as we perform these necessary enhancements to our network infrastructure.
