Please be aware that the service interruptions originally planned for this evening have been POSTPONED.

The work will now take place this coming TUESDAY, 3/5, FROM 6:00PM TO 9:00PM.

During this time, ITS will perform important upgrades to the Yeshiva University network.

Between 6:00pm and 9:00pm on Tuesday, connections from all campuses to the internet will be intermittently severed. Individual outages should not last more than 15 minutes, but there may be several outages during the three-hour window when the work is being performed.

During outages, there will be no internet communication between YU campuses and the rest of the world. Users on campus will not be able to access any electronic resources off campus, including student GMail. Likewise, all university resources will be inaccessible from off campus, including university, college, and library websites, InsideTrack, Angel, and Faculty/Staff email. Phone and voice mailĀ  services will not be affected.

University resources, including InsideTrack, Banner, and Faculty/Staff email services, should remain available for users on campus, but applications (including Maccabuy) that contact external sites will not function properly. Faculty and Staff emails to students and non-YU recipients will be queued for later delivery.

We apologize for any inconvenience as we perform these necessary enhancements to our network infrastructure.
