On Sunday 7/14 the Yeshiva University Exchange Email cluster incurred a failure that affected approximately 141 mail accounts. The underlying issue was resolved on Sunday, but there is additional background recovery processing still occurring, that may be causing Outlook to not provide access to all your email.  We are aware of the issue and working to resolve this as quickly as possible.  A couple of possible work arounds are to use Outlook Web Access (OWA) or to close all email you have open in Outlook, close the Outlook application and restart it; depending on the status of the background processing; this may or may not resolve the issue.

 We will provide a follow-up notification as soon as it is available.
