We have been able to restore functionality to the Banner environment.  The Self Service Functions are now operational.  We are working with various groups in getting caught up with processing that has backed up.

To All MaccaBuy Users,
Due to the Banner hardware failure yesterday, purchase orders created after 12pm yesterday have not been able to post to Banner, and therefore were not transmitted to the vendors.  ITS is aware of this issue and is working hard to resolve.  Please stand by for an update.

4:44pm  update 9/17/13 – GG

Due to a hardware failure in the Banner environment, some of you have been unable to access Banner Self-Service functions including viewing payroll information, performing EPAF processing and Finance Inquiry from within InsideTrack.  Access and use of MaccaBuy for procurement actions has not been affected.

 We continue to work at resolving the problem and hope to recover with a minimum of impact to all of you.

 We will notify everyone when this matter has been resolved.
