In an effort to resolve e-mail related issues, ITS performed Exchange maintenance yesterday afternoon and late last night. This maintenance should stabilize the environment, however users may have to close Outlook completely and restart it. Users may be asked to re-enter their credentials. If users continue to have issues then they should reboot their machine. Users should contact the Help Desk if they have any questions or experience any problems.

Earlier today ITS experienced an outage that continues to impact the following services.

1. Outlook Desktop email.
2. Email for all Apple mobile devices.

The ITS Department has been and continues to work at restoring service to you. If you are impacted by these outages, please use OWA.YU.EDU to access email during this service interruption from all of your devices.

The outage duration is unknown at this time. We will provide updates throughout the remainder of the outage.
