To All users of Outlook/Exchange:

Due to an unexpected incident that occurred in our Exchange/Email service last night between 9:00pm – 10:00pm ITS recommends that you logout/close any sessions you may have opened with Outlook or OWA (Outlook Web Access) and re-login to Outlook or OWA (Outlook Web Access) to make sure that you are able to send and receive all email. If you continue to experience issues, please completely logout and reboot your system. After the reboot and connecting back to Outlook, you may be requested to enter your credentials, once. After doing this, if you still experience issues; please open a Helpdesk Ticket.
