We have restored access to the Banner / Inside Track Self Service functions including viewing payroll information, performing EPAF processing, Effort Certification, Labor Distributions and Finance Inquiry.  Please hold off on using OBIEE as the data is in the process of being refreshed from Banner.  We will send an additional announcement when the refresh is completed.

Overnight while working to recover the Banner Operational Data Store, we encountered problems that required us to shut down all of the Production Environments.  We are in the process of bringing those environments back up and performing validation and verification activities.  We do not have an exact time for restoration of service; the process of bringing the servers back up will take several hours this morning.

We are working to bring Banner back up as rapidly as possible and will keep you informed of our progress.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
