Please be advised of the following planned maintenance schedule this weekend:

• Saturday evening, August 8th after sundown until 6 am Monday, August 10th

The following listing of services will experience brief outages during the window.

Applications that may be impacted:
• Academic Computing File Shares and Printing
• AMCAS
• Remedy
• Endowment
• InfoEd
• Department File Shares
• Dropbox.yu.edu
• Kronos
• Class Climate
• Email accounts that whose email address ends with @yu.edu
• Cisco phones (VoIP)
• Network connectivity between the YU campuses (Cardozo, Beren, Wilf and Einstein)

Exchange Mailboxes that end with @yu.edu
During the planned outage window, there may be some minor delays in delivery but all mail will be delivered. You may be prompted to enter your credentials again and you may have to restart Outlook. If you are using Outlook Web Access (OWA) you may have to restart your browser session. Smartphones or Mobile devices such as the IPAD, IPhone, Android should not require any intervention.

To minimize the impact of any of these issues , please exit from Outlook and all other applications when you leave on Friday and shut-down your PC.
