Hello All,

We would like to remind you that ITS will be performing scheduled maintenance this weekend from:

Saturday evening, November 7th after sundown until 6 am Monday, November 9th

The following services will be impacted during this scheduled downtime window:

Major Systems Impacted:
• Exchange both at YU and Einstein
• Student/faculty file shares

No anticipated user impact
• Active Directory/Active Directory Federation Services for ILabs

Others systems may be impacted during this downtime weekend that are not listed in the above list.

Exchange Mailboxes
During the maintenance period, there may be some minor delays in delivery but all mail will be delivered. You may be prompted to enter your credentials again and you may have to restart Outlook. If you are using Outlook Web Access (OWA) you may have to restart your browser session. Smartphones or Mobile devices such as the iPad, iPhone, Android should not require any intervention. To minimize the impact of any of these issues , please exit from Outlook and all other applications when you leave for the weekend and shut-down your PC.
