Please be advised of the following planned maintenance schedule this weekend:

  •  Saturday evening, January 9th after sundown until 6 am Monday, January 11th

The following services will be impacted during this scheduled downtime window:

  •  Banner – ALL Banner related services include anything accessed via Luminis, Banner Self Service, Banner INB, EFC/LD, Terminal Services and ALL Banner related – reporting tools.  This outage should not affect direct Maccabuy Shoppers.
  • Exchange E-mail for Yeshiva users
  • Active Directory/Active Directory Federation Services for ILabs, Starfish and Canvas
  • File Servers – [yudfs, odyssey, crimlaw0, valise, etc..]

Einstein Exchange Mailboxes [that end with @yu.edu]

During the maintenance period, there may be some minor delays in delivery but all mail will be delivered.   You may be prompted to enter your credentials again and you may have to restart Outlook.  If you are using Outlook Web Access (OWA) you may have to restart your browser session.  Smartphones or Mobile devices such as the IPAD, IPhone, and Android should not require any intervention.   To minimize the impact of any of these issues, please exit from Outlook and all other applications when you leave for the weekend and shut-down your PC.
