Yeshiva University continues to rank among the very best institutions of higher learning in the United States based on measurements of student quality, academic excellence, and diversity of programs and research.

According to the US News & World Report’s latest rankings released today, YU is ranked number 46 in the country in the category of Best National Universities. Yeshiva also placed 43rd among Best Value Colleges.

Factors that account for YU’s top-tier ranking include high SAT scores, small class sizes, high faculty to student ratios, abundant faculty resources, and significant funding for science and medical research. Calculations for determining best value include ratio of quality to price, need-based aid and average discount. Read more about the US News ranking methodology here.
