  • Professor Pamela Foohey will speak at the University of Cincinnati College of Law’s 2022 Corporate Law Symposium on March 25. She also co-filed an amicus curiae brief in the Purdue Pharma Chapter 11 bankruptcy appeal, pending before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
  • Professor Jocelyn Getgen Kestenbaum was a guest on Zeitgeist19 Foundation's podcast to discuss the Russian invasion of Ukraine and ways in which human rights violations and mass atrocities can be prevented. The USCIRF report she co-authored last year and a podcast about it was mentioned in a New York Times article about lynch mobs in Pakistan.
  • Professor Deborah Pearlstein will be a panelist at “Lies, Free Speech and the Law” on April 8, sponsored by the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University.
  • Professor Alex Reinert will testify before the House Committee on the Judiciary, Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties at the hearing “Examining Civil Rights Litigation Reform, Part 1: Qualified Immunity” on March 30 at 10 a.m.
  • Professor Gabor Rona was on the panel “Crimes of Aggression, Crimes against Humanity and War Crimes in Ukraine” sponsored by The Center for National Security at Fordham Law School on March 18.
