Immigration Justice Clinic and Make the Road New York Release White Paper to Future NYC Leaders on Protections for Immigrants

The white paper is authored by Cardozo students Jessica Wang, Adam Coretz and Sadie Casamenti, who participated in a press conference on March 3 and conducted briefings with City Council members and NYC mayoral candidates. Trophies for the Empire Panel Focuses on Professor Rudenstine’s Forthcoming Article

The article, which will be published in a special issue of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal, is based on decades of historical research about the cultural property dispute between Greece and Great Britain over the Parthenon Sculptures taken to London in the early 1800s by the British ambassador, Lord Elgin.   • Professor Lindsay Nash’s article, “Deportation Arrest Warrants,” was published in the Stanford Law Review.
  • Professor Stewart Sterk has published three new articles with an additional three forthcoming, including in Notre Dame Law Review and Boston University Law Review. They are currently available on SSRN. Sterk is the 6th most cited property law scholar in the U.S.
