  • Professor Rebekah Diller will co-facilitate a Community Gathering on Adult Guardianship Reform on May 13 and Professor Betsy Ginsberg will be a Session Speaker at Clinic Advocacy During and Post COVID: Collaboration Across Clinics on May 13. Director of Externships & Field Clinics Robbi Smith will facilitate three working groups at the AALS Clinical Conference on May 9. The topics are: Experiential Course Design; Experiential Faculty Roles; and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Experiential Programs.
  • Professor Jocelyn Getgen Kestenbaum co-authored in OpinioJuris “Symposium in Pursuit of Intersectional Justice at the International Criminal Court: Group One – Sexual Slavery is Enslavement.”
  • Professor Jeanne Schroeder and Professor David Carlson’s paper “Third Party Releases Under the Bankruptcy Code After Purdue Pharma” will be published by the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review next year.
  • Professor Edward Zelinsky’s article “Is Bitcoin Prudent? Is Art Diversified? Offering Alternative Investments to 401(k) Participants” was published in Connecticut Law Review.
