fDSgsd Panelists Yosef Herzog, Nicole de Fusco, Evelyn Zilberman and Kim Puletz offer advice to students at the "Careers in the Creative Arts" event.
Herzog, now a stage manager for NBC’s “TODAY” show, spoke to Yeshiva University students at a panel discussion on “Careers in the Creative Arts” on the Israel Henry Beren Campus on April 29. Fellow panelist included Kim Puletz, manager of digital business operations at Sony Music Entertainment; Evelyn Zilberman, vice president at Columbia Artists Theatricals; and Nicole de Fusco, vice president of original programming and development at the Sundance Channel. The event was organized by the YU Career Center and Ruthie Heller, co-president of the YU Communications Club. Each panelist stressed the importance of establishing and maintaining relationships throughout the discussion. When asked what led her to her current position, de Fusco said, “An internship is how I got started. TV is all about relationships and people that you know. Work connections hard, stay with connections and get another internship.” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ryTOBJ9EP4g
