Former UN Ambassador Richard C. Holbrooke will speak on the conflicts facing diplomats and people of conscience in times of moral crisis when he keynotes an event sponsored by the Rabbi Arthur Schneier Center for International Affairs at Yeshiva University on Wednesday, January 24. The program begins at 8 p.m. at the Park East Synagogue, 164 East 68th St.
Rabbi Arthur Schneier, spiritual leader of the Park East Synagogue in Manhattan and distinguished alumnus of Yeshiva University (YU), will be honored on the occasion of his 75th birthday and 50th year as rabbi at a dinner Sunday, March 20, at The Plaza, Fifth Avenue at Central Park South. The dinner will benefit the Rabbi Arthur Schneier Center for International Affairs at YU.
