YESHIVA UNIVERSITY PRESENTS A COMMUNITY DAY OF LEARNING

Feb 18, 2008 -- New York, NY, February 18, 2008 -- Yeshiva University will present a Community Day of Learning on the topic of “Healthy Family Dynamics,” hosted by the Beth Zion Congregation in Côte-St-Luc, Montreal, on Sunday, March 9, 2008, from 9:45 am to 12:45 pm. Dr. Norman Blumenthal, Director of Bereavement and Crisis Intervention Services for Chai Lifeline, and Dr. John Krug, Dean of Student Life and Welfare at The Frisch School, N.J., both of whom are practicing psychologists and noted lecturers, will lead panels and discussions addressing marriage and child-rearing issues, as well as sensible perspectives on money management. A program schedule is attached. The Community Day of Learning is a program of the Legacy Heritage Fund Rabbinic Enrichment Initiative (LHREI) at Yeshiva University. Support for the LHREI has been generously provided by Legacy Heritage Fund Limited. The program is free of charge, and free babysitting is available for ages two and above for the duration of the conference.
