Yeshivas Bein HaSemesterim 2022

After a rigorous semester of college studies, men at the Wilf campus are jumping right back into full-time Torah studies during their intersession vacation. Over 75 students are signed-up to participate in shiurim [lectures] and other special events together with an array of rebbeim over the month of January, immediately following the conclusion of final exams until the start of the spring semester.   Yeshivas Bein HaSemesterim poster   Undergraduate Torah Studies invests heavily toward subsidizing this program, under the direction of Mashgiach Ruchani, Rabbi Ely Bacon. Providing a robust religious atmosphere and structured learning framework for the students is of great importance during the vacation period. In addition, there is plenty of built-in downtime for relaxation, exercise, a special trip and a low-pressure environment to allow students to recharge their batteries. According to Rabbi Etan Schnall, one of the rebbeim delivering shiurim during YBH, “Our talmidim are eager to maintain a consistent learning momentum to ensure that they hit the ground running in the new semester. At the same time, every one of the participants will tell you that the relaxed atmosphere of Yeshivas Bein HaSemesterim is the perfect way to connect with their rebbeim and friends—in and outside of the beis medrash—and enjoy the vacation time in a healthy and productive way. We are very thankful to the administration for making this program possible.”
