YU High Schools Name New Executive Director

YU and MTA Alumnus Joshua Jacoby Appointed Executive Director of Yeshiva University High Schools

Yeshiva University has announced the appointment of Joshua Jacoby as executive director of Yeshiva University High Schools—the Marsha Stern Talmudical Academy / Yeshiva University High School for Boys (MTA) on the YU’s Wilf Campus and the Samuel H. Wang Yeshiva University High School for Girls (Central) in Holliswood, Queens—where he will oversee strategic business areas of the high schools.

Jacoby, a graduate of both MTA and Yeshiva College, previously served in the Marketing Partnerships group at Madison Square Garden, and before that, as director of admissions at MTA. In his new role, Jacoby will be responsible for managing various business and revenue generating aspects of both schools and will lead MTA's planning and preparation for its centennial celebration taking place in 2016. “It's a privilege to be able to return home to YU High Schools—two schools brimming with excitement, unique opportunities, dynamic educators, and offering an unparalleled experience," said Jacoby. Jacoby, originally from Monsey, New York, holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a master’s in sports management from Columbia University. Additionally, he serves as director of development for the David Wright Foundation.
