The Bernard Revel Graduate School of Jewish Studies invites you to a lecture by Professor Yair Lorberbaum: Ta’amei ha-Mitzvot in the Thought of Rashba

Professor Yair Lorberbaum received his doctorate in Jewish thought from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is currently a professor at Bar-Ilan University’s Law School. He has published numerous articles and books on Jewish thought, Jewish law, and political and legal theory, including: Image of God: Halakhah and Aggadah and Disempowered King: Monarchy in Ancient Jewish Literature. Professor Lorberbaum has served as a lecturer at Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, University of Pennsylvania Law School, Princeton University and Yale University.
